Eligibility for applicants

  1. Residents of West Bengal – It is necessary for the interested candidate to be legal and permanent residents of this state to become a member of this developmental scheme.
  2. Financially weak categories – Most people, living in the villages, fall under the BPL and EWS categories. These candidates need additional financial support during these trying times. Thus, only financially backward candidates will be able to take part in this project.
